1-on-1 Personal Training Session
Service Description
In our 1-hour sessions, I bring the training directly to your home, and when weather permits, we can take it outdoors to your yard or a local park. No need to worry about commuting or gym memberships. I provide all the necessary equipment, ensuring a hassle-free and immersive workout experience. Our sessions are thoughtfully structured to maximize your progress. We begin with a 5-minute warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead. Then, we dive into a focused 45-minute workout, tailored to your goals and fitness level. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or enhance overall athleticism, each exercise is carefully selected to challenge and push you towards your targets. To ensure a well-rounded and balanced training experience, we dedicate the final 10 minutes of the session to stretching and cooling down. This helps to enhance flexibility, prevent injury, and promote recovery.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 72 hours will receive a full refund. 72-24 hours out will receive a credit to rebook at a later date. Within 24 hours will not receive a refund or credit.
