This program is for anyone who believes that if they can move, they're an athlete. Our aim is to inspire and support those who may not identify as runners initially, but are eager to embrace the joy and benefits of running. This program provides a structured and supportive environment where participants can learn the fundamentals of running and discover their inner athlete. Duration: The program spans four weeks, with four, weekly one-hour sessions. Beginner-Friendly: This program is specifically designed for individuals with minimal running experience or those who consider themselves non-runners. Inclusive Mindset: We believe that if you can move, you're an athlete. Our program encourages individuals from all fitness levels and backgrounds to join and embark on their running journey. Personalized Approach: Each session focuses on individual progress and growth, ensuring that participants receive tailored guidance and support. Fundamental Skills: Participants will learn proper running techniques, posture, breathing techniques, warm-up routines, cool-down exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 72 hours will receive a full refund. 72-24 hours out will receive a credit to rebook at a later date. Within 24 hours will not receive a refund or credit.
